Refund Policy

This  refund policy applies to all products and services, however each may be treated differently.  Please read it carefully, as these are the terms we will abide by should you request a refund. 

Information Downloadable Products:  These are products which are completely downloadable (e.g. MP3, PDF, etc.), and excludes programs which include any form of Thought Shifting™, Quantum Thought Shifting™, or  "Shift Packs". 

• 30 days from purchase or less = Full refund available (see refund method and terms below.)  You must simply specify the reason in writing. 
• 31 + days:  No refund available

"Hard" Products:  These are products which must be shipped to you in one form or another, regardless of whether or not they are combined with, bundled, or offer as a bonus any downloadable products.  E.g. CD's, DVD's. Action Guides, Journals, Clothing, etc.  This and excludes programs which include any form of Thought Shifting™, Quantum Thought Shifting™, or  "Shift Packs". 

• 30 days from purchase or less = Full refund available (see refund method and terms below), minus a handling fee in the US of  $7.50 for single items (U.S.) or $10.00 for 2 -3 items, or $15.00 for 4 or more items.  Add $5 to each category for international items.  You must pay for return shipping, and you must simply specify the reason in writing. 
• 31 + days:  No refund available

"Shifting" Programs & Services:  These are programs which include Thought Shifting™, Quantum Thought Shifting™, or  "Shift Packs", regardless of whether they are bundled with, or offer as a bonus, any hard products and/or downloadable products.  This includes "Home Study" programs, live programs, groups, and private.  If you have purchased a shifting  home study program, your "start" date is the date you purchased the package.   

These programs are designed as a complete program. As such, harm can come to you, fellow participants, RAGLAND, and RAGLAND’s business when clients leave the program once it is started, and before program completion. For this reason, no refunds will be granted once the program has begun (according to the published date), or on or after your first private session if you are a private client. The only exception is when you purchase the program by levels (I.e. Level 1, then Level 2, etc.) and in that case when you purchase the levels ala cart you may complete one level at a time, but you may not leave (receive a refund) mid-program within that program or package that you purchased.

Should you need to cancel for any reason prior to the program start date, our refund policy reflects the fact we incur expenses before the program starts, we plan groups around who has signed up, we risk being unable to replace your spot since it is a lengthy commitment so people need lead time to sign up, it was reserved for you, and we may have turned others away to reserve your spot.  If you request and are granted a refund, your shift will be reversed at Ragland's sole discretion.  (This is the legal mumbo jumbo that just keeps people from cheating.  Most people are honest and would never buy the program just to get the shift and refund it, anyway.) 

Live programs -- Days before published start date Refund or Credit (you may apply towards the same future program within one year)

• 3 days (72 hours) from purchase = Full refund available
• 60 + days before start date Refund:  Full refund minus $50 processing fee, or 100% credit (optional)
• 31 – 59 days before start date Refund, less 8% of full price or $75, whichever is greater;  Credit less 5%
• 15 – 30 days before start date Refund, less 13% of full price or $150, whichever is greater;  Credit less 8%
• 8 – 14 days before start date Refund, less 26% of full price, or $300, whichever is greater;  Credit less 12%
• 0 – 13 days before start date No refund available;  Credit full amount less 27.5%

Home Study programs -- Days before published start date Refund or Credit (you may apply towards the same future program within one year)

• 3 days (72 hours) from purchase = Full refund available
• 4 - 30 days from purchase Refund:  Full refund minus $50 processing fee
• 31+ days from purchase:  no refund available

Refund Process:  

All cancellations and requests for credit must be submitted by e-mail to Info@AimingHigher.com, and followed up by fax to 949-858-8483 or postal mail to 31441 Santa Margarita Pkwy Ste A103, Rancho Santa Margarita, CA 92688.  All hard products must be returned with the  packing slip and reason for refund request to this  postal  address.  You must also include  your  credit/debit  card  information  - full number,  name on the  card, billing address,  "secret  code", phone number to issue refunds for credit/debit card orders.    

Refunds or credits will be considered received as-of the next business date following the e-mail date stamp, or postmark, whichever is sooner. All refund amounts and credit amounts are based on the full program fee, regardless of whether you chose the payment option.

We are sorry but refunds that do not follow this process will not be considered.
